You need to crawl under the truck and inspect each brake line for leaks. You also need to check wheel cylinders and calipers. The chances are pretty good that you will find a small leak in a line or a wheel cylinder leaking, pay close attention to the rear of the truck because that is normally where these problems occur. My 1994 7.3 turns over but wont crank i changed
Get the fuel pressure
checked.If its less then its quite possible that fuel pump needs to be replaced
and fuel filter is got clogged.
The crew cab quits because the pressure of fuel is not as
required so it does not get started .
There are some possibilities
which you will have to check in this case:--
1) First of all check
the power and voltage to the battery.with meter it will show exact 12 volt if
the battery is charged.if the voltage is less get the battery charged at local
auto repair shop.if the battery is internally drained and not getting charged
then its time to replace the battery.
2) When you crank the
crew cab do you see spark coming at the spark plug? if no then its time
to check the spark plugs and coil pack.if the spark plugs are not worn out and
looks new then its time to check coil pack.the spark plugs gets power to spark
from coil pack.
3) The other thing to
check in this case is the starter solenoid of the crew cab.
If
the battery is charged and you start the crew cab then it gives power to the starter to start
the crew cab .but if starter is faulty or not connected properly then crew cab
will not start.
4) The other thing to
check in this case is fuel in the crew cab .if there is fuel in the crew cab then
check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check
the fuel filter above the fuel pump.
5) If all the above
possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then its a electrical
issue and the wiring's in the crew cab needs to be
checked.the crew cab gets power from the
battery to get started.so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by
one.

I have a 1994 ford f350 dually. but can get past
WELL LACK OF POWER NOT REACHING TOP SPEED.YOU COULD HAVE OBSTRUCTED EXHAUST.CLOGGED FUEL FILTER.DEFECTIVE FUEL INJECTION PUMP OR INJECTION PUMP TIMING OFF.DEFECTIVE TURBOCHARGER OR WASTEGATE.
94 f350 7.3l turbo diesel looses oil pressure as rpm increase
Before you spend money on a new gauge. Get an oil pressure testing gauge for $20 , remove the oil pressure sending unit and test the oil pressure. If oil pressure at idle and 3000 rpm's is a-ok via spec's ( big money repair items) then its either the gauge a clogged or defective sending unit or the circuitry. (little money repair items)
You can also have this done at a repair shop.

ck your alternator if you have one large white wire and two smaller dark wires you've got an internal regulator the entire alternator needs to be replaced if bad
a simple voltmeter you can still buy at radio shack will tell you in about 30 seconds
set meter for dc volts 25 volt scale place red probe on battery positive and black probe on battery negative note reading on voltmeter (11 to 12 volts) start truck/car at idle reprobe battery same as before volts should come to about 12/13 have someone give a slight throttle to engine volts should come to 13.8 volts and stay there never going over this if any volt reading was not as described Yep your voltage regulator/alternator is bad

Have the batteries checked,or clean the cables,and the battery post until they shine,if the batteries,and connections are good,replace the starter,it is drawing to many amps,from the ignition.
I have a 94 f350 2wd 460 auto how can i tell if i
the E4Od does not have a bypass cooler line on the case. The 4R100 has the bypass cooler it is located on the passenger side if the trans. it goes from the rear cooler line follows the case to the front cooler line, and is attached with 7/8" banjo bolts. the bypass cooler was designed to keep the fluid in the transmission until it reached operating temp it "bypasses the cooler at the radiator until trans fluid needs to b cooled

Most likely its under the rear of the box where the main whip connects to the taillight whip,usually there would be a trailer plug spliced in there,that happens with any spliced connection
1988 Ford F350 engine turns but wont start
I had a similar problem. My truck would start fine until it sat after running a while and I shut it off for ten minutes or so.The engine heat heat would rise to the deisel fuel injection pump and the truck would whirl over when I tried to start it, but it would not fire. There is a spring in the fuel shutoff on the injection pump that expands with heat and, as it gets older, sticks so that the solenoid doesn't open. I found that a small amount of cool water poured on the pump would cool it enough to start.
There a shuddering noise when i put on the breaks?
The noise you hear can be several things. I would start with looking at the U-joints on the driveshaft and then the brake rotors. Next would be the tierods and wheel or hub bearings. Finally the tires may be out of balance.
Somewhere there is extra play that is allowing it to shake. If you drive about 10 miles an hour and ride the brakes with your hands off the wheel you may see the steering wheel move side to side. That would show the front rotors are out of round.
My 94 7.3, after it warms up a while has a knock,
best to take it to mechanic with proper scan tool, he can do a cylinder balance test. This will tell whether it is an injector issue or something else. This is a complex system amd requires several test to isolate problem
