Remote Transmitter Programming
NOTE: All keyless entry remote transmitters must be programmed at the same time.
NOTE: Programming (or reprogramming) the keyless entry remote transmitters into the central security module can be accomplished using a diagnostic tool or by carrying out the following steps.
Turn the ignition switch from OFF to RUN eight times within 10 seconds, ending in RUN. If the module has successfully entered program mode, it will lock and then unlock all doors.
Within 20 seconds, press any button on a keyless entry remote transmitter, and the doors will lock and then unlock to confirm that each keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed. Repeat this step for each transmitter.
If the door locks do not respond for any keyless entry remote transmitter, wait several seconds and press the button again. If the door locks still fail to respond, refer to Inspection and Verification.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, or wait up to 20 seconds after Step 2, to exit program mode. If a keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed (or reprogrammed), the doors will lock and unlock one last time to confirm.
Those are a tight fitting plastic snap in unit... If they are falling out the CENTER CAPs need to be replaced. To be replaced properly on the vehicle... they need to be aligned... and snapped into place... The popular approach was to hit them on... if they didn't snap in... HIT THEM HARDER... The center cap on these grabs onto the lug nuts. If you change anything it should be those. You could also do something to give them a tighter fit which is a ghetto fix but lining the inside of the center cap holes with paper or something.
probably needs an "iwe" solenoid.
iths the vacuum solen oid that controls the 4x4 vacuum hubs,
they leak vacuum and cause partial engagement of the hubs.
thats probably the noise your hearing.
i think ford has a tsb 06-08-15

Did you check B+ voltage an ground to fuel pump before you replaced it ? Did you look at a wiring diagram to see what controls the fuel pump ? There is a fuel pump relay in the central junction box , an there is the inertia fuel cut off switch , an then there is the biggest problem on this ford , the fuel pump driver module. The fuel pump driver module is controlled by the engine computer . Ford Electronic Returnless Fuel System Diagnosis Part 1 I suggest that you watch this video , that is if you except to fix this problem .
To start with , this is not the page to air your ideas . You should be doing that directly to customer service at the Ford head quarters
Next it is a matter of profit
The idea is to sell cars -not repair them ---Spare parts are only readily available on cars up to 4 years old
Services are mostly check and flick services and that only requires trained "monkeys" on the lowest pay rate possible and get as many service through per hour as possible
Just like a lawyer costs , it is called billable hours
Any major repairs is sent out to contracted workshops and done at a warranty price which is very low
However the good news is that you can have your ford serviced by any accredited service shop ( Must be accredited by Ford) and it will not void your warranty
Some shops will be even cheaper than the service dealer and will still be able to stamp the service book
The first thing to check is the Fuel pressure at the Fuel Injector Rail schrader valve. You can get an inexpensive test kit at Harbor Freight. The pressure should be between 28 and 45 psi with the engine running. If it is lower than that you can replace the filter. If that doesn't cure the pressure problem then the pump is next.
