It might be your relay, next thing on ya list mate If ya Ignition lights come on when you turn the key an everything else is up Fuel,Temp and Power test your relay and make sure all your wiring is solid another trick incase you have an air lock get your buddy to turn it over with the fuel line disconnected to prime your fuel line and watch for it so you can stop it without losing to much fuel give this a go John and let me know how you go. This is a little tricky because they are tamper proof and what seems to have happened is that it has locked up on you , you can try to pull suddenly on it to see if it will free itself ( but my guess is you have tried that already but if you haven't you need to pull it in a fast jerking motion and release your grip immediately to give the belt a chance to retract ! or you could try using a hair dryer on the hot setting to heat the mechanism up and then try the quick pull and release method ! lastly some lubricating spray (WD40 )using a long directional spray nozzle to help free it up .
May have a wire rubbing somewhere ... check under the truck ... oxygen sensor wires ... if not running or on the exhaust ... see if you don't have wire rubbing on the drive shafts somewhere.
It's probably the FPDM - fuel pump driver module . The fuel pump is controlled by pulse width modulation by a electronic control module .electronic Returnless fuel system . The fuel rail pressure sensor is a input to the PCM - engine computer , when low fuel pressure the PCM sends a command to the FPDM to turn the fuel pump on longer . This part FPDM has known high failure rate on F-150 of your year . Because of location it corrodes an shorts out inside .

It's more then likely the fuel pump driver module ! Your truck doesn't have a pressure regulator . It has electronic returnless fuel system . Computer controlled module controls the fuel pump , an where they located this FPDM - back above the spare tire on the rear axle housing , and they corrode an then moisture get's inside . Watch this video .

You have a vacuum leak that is not only affecting motor operation but also the correct operation of the vacuum switch controlling your damper. Need to have that matter resolved -check all vacuum hoses and fittings for integrity/tightness. Vacuum switch itself might be leaking!
