Over heating while pulling a trailor
Make sure fluid levels are full, including transmission, engine oil, and antifreeze both the radiator and overflow. Note: make sure the air filter is clean so the engine can breathe easier too.( like trying to run a marathon breathing through a straw, you will get hot/overheated quickly too) Check fan(s) to make sure they are operating properly, (inspect the blades for correct shape/bends) some clutch fans can wear out, You shouldn't be able to just free spin them, they should have drag to them (check this while the engine is cold and off) if you have electric fans make sure that they are coming on. Lastly check the radiator fins, make sure all bugs and junk are cleared from them that way air can pass through with no obstructions. Hope this helps, happy hauling

Massive failure of the oil pressure pump inside the gearbox - no oil pressure = no gears can be engaged . Most probable cause is a secondary shaft failure. And no, you won't hear the shaft snap - it a small one, deep inside the box.The gearbox must be replaced with a second-hand one - it's cheaper than having this fixed.
1997 F-250 won't start.
I assume you have enough gass.
What are the sounds you are hearing.
Does it tick or make the common sound before it starts the engine.
If it ticks and doesn't make the common sound it's plausible you have a problem with your "start engine" (don''t know the english term) or a problem with a fuse.
If it makes the common sound but doesn't start, check all the cables if its fitted. See if the filters are clean (especially the fuel filter).

Where are the circuit breakers?
The fuse box is up under the steering wheel and column, it is covered with a black cover which has clips that need to be opened to remove the cover to access the fuses, then the main breakers and modules are all in the engine compartment, a lot of the relays are in a black box on the drivers side under the bonnet
