Gas cap missing

The gas system is pressurized so you need a proper gas cap to allow pressure to build up and feed gas to your engine. Buy a replacement and put it on. The car should run fine.

1993 Buick Regal 3.1 -

Do you have a check engine light on? If yes; try to get the code, have someone loan you a scan tool to access the codes. If you do not have a check engine light on it is not a ecm control issue, ie. (cam or crank sensors etc). Suspect the fuel pump. If you are certain it is working ok. Next is to check the coil pack and Ignition module. Look for spark at the plugs. Pull a plug wire and look / listen for spark to jump out the end to bear metal as you spin the engine trying to start it.

95 Buick evaporator coil

It depends on the problem. Either you don't have enough air passing thru the evap core, or the level of freon is not right, or there is a restriction in the ac lines.A mechanic would use a set of pressure gauges to check freon flow.

We are changing back disk brakes. How do you get

the piston needs to be turned and pushed at the same time. There are several different tools for this.

This one works the best but is also more expensive.

This one is very cheap and may work. Personally not worth it to me.

These will lock into the slots in the piston. Then turn the piston while applying pressure. Because the E-brake is built into the caliper the piston has a mechanism that allows it to ratchet out. Turning the piston while pushing it in will release the ratchet mechanism and allow to piston to be pushed back into the caliper. Windows dont work on 1993 regal

If none of the windows work check for power to the master switch in drivers door, key on. If no power, feed power to hot wire, probubly red wire. If windows works, check for broken wire inside drivers door opening in rubber boot. That was a common problem on GMs.Could also be master switch if it's getting power.
