The fuse dont have power for the brakes

The fuse should be in the box under the dash next to the steering column. There is a box in the engine compartment too.

1993 gmc sierra k2500 rough idle with fan on

Normally I would say the a/c compressor is pulling on the engine causing a cylinder miss. The miss is probably there all the time, just worse with the a/c running. But it should do it when in a/c mode too.The compressor runs in defrost mode to dry the air blowing on the windshield.I would check for a bad spark plug or plug wire.

Changed the power steering pump and now I don't

sounds like when the trans was replaced the wire was knocked off of the oil pressure sending unit (down by the oil filter on the driver's side of the block. or the wire was pinched between the engine and ******.

Cranks but will not start

verify the pink to the coil is "hot" from key if yes i'd say the EST module in the distributor is breaking down. the fact it does run eliminates the ECM. and that it will crank eliminates the fuseable links for the starter circuit. pop the dist cap two 5.5 mil screws hold the module down. dont wipe off the dielectric grease. not sure price of new one but they are thesame for 4.3l 5.0l 5.7l wrecking yard cheap place for complete dist if yours is all oily inside( shaft wears inside like valve guide allows oil up into dist) that does it no good. no now you state its died ....yea module
