What would cause a 1995
it could be a failing sensor, most common is the cam sensor, if its not reading sometimes it will give wrong signal, most come to do this when engine is hot.
'95 Nissan Maxima-Alarm goes off-then windows & doors won't work
Open the drivers door panel and locate the inside lock cylinder, there is an alarm switch that wrap around it with an electrical wire came out, it might also have another one on the passenger side in some other model . What it does is arm and disarm the alarm when you use the mechanical key and in some other model, it also lower the window when you disarm. The switch might pop out of place or deteriorated due to age. Good luck all.
My 95 nissan maxima is
the problem is fuel related and nowhere else
it indicates a vacuum leak , either at the manifold , brake booster , transmission actuator hose/unit for the transmission or hoses that control under that dash
bad at stopping at light indicates that it is the brake booster
simple test is to put the hand brake on, start the engine and if it idles ok , put your foot on the brake
if still ok move vent controls ,
if with the foot on the brake it plays up , replace the brake booster

Trying to clean the MAP sensor will damage it. Install a New Air filter and The Fuel filter, then replace the MAP sensor. Do not touch, or spray(compressed air or solvent) on the element when installing it. Have all of the OBD II Stored codes Deleted. Add a can of B&G 44K fuel additive to a full tank of fuel. The B&G is the best on the market, do not substitute. It is only available Through dealerships (Toyota). It will condition fuel pump and injectors. The ECU in your car is very dependable and rarely needs replacing. Always Replace cheapest parts first. Test drive the car and Then recheck The OBD II for new faults. The dimming of your lights before shut down was due to RPM of the engine dropping below 750 RPMs. Alternator will not produce voltage below 750 Rpms. 30 Amps at 14 Volts is required to run the engine.
Can i hook up an amp to my bose system
O assume you are wanting to add a sub as bose systems are already amplified. The short answer is ues, however most bose systems require special interface harnesses and may require complex wiring. This is best left to a qualified mobile electronics shop.
