Horn

Try replacing the horn relay. The Horn Relay is located in the Convenience Center. The Convenience Center is located behind RH side of I/P, near the shroud.

Engine idles to fast on a cutleles cierra 2.5 1985

Sounds like a faulty or dirty idle air control valve.Take valve off and clean it with a non-chlronated brake cleaner and a wire brush or replace it.Then you need to reset the computer by pulling the ECM fuse or take the ground cable off the battery for 30 seconds and this will reset computer.

How to change a coil pack in a 1986 Olds Ciera?

If this is like the one I did,(you dont say which engine you have) I remove the bracket the alternater sets on.You then can have access to the back part of the engine.Remove the battery pos. wire so you dont have sparks if you touch the pos wire on the alternator. You might want to change the back spark plugs while the bracket is moved.

Brake lights not going off

there is a button on your brake pedal lever that while braking gets depressed, and turns on your brake lights. Now this component is a plastic piece that can get knocked loose rather simply. You either need to re-secure this component, or replace it

(you can get this part at any junk yard for nothing more than some pocket change)
