How did you check fuses? Volt ohm meter? or visual. If visual, sometimes they look good, but actually are not. Otherwise, what preceded this symptom prior to or immediately prior to? I would try to connect this with the behavior before.

Using an OBD-II scanner, what diagnostic codes are you getting?

Lights ok? if not check Battery first, or connections to the battery. Fuel? Any warning lights before this happened? Any "clicks" when you turn the key to start? No clicks, no Battery. You may have a bad charging system as well. Are the fan belts all ok or do you have some missing (bare pully with no belt) Can you "jump" to get it started? but then dies? Charging system problem if the belts are ok.

The sensor is a simple push button on the top of the clutch pedal frame. I don't recall if it's normally open or closed. I think it closes (ie grounds) when the pedal is depressed. In any case you can usually disconnect the wire and see if the starter will turn the engine.

I think you mean the head of a bolt that opens the ECU can is stripped. The only way is to use an angle grinder (or maybe a Dremel tool with grinder/cutting wheel) to remove the head. Once it off, the remaining bolt can usually be removed with long nose pliers.

Either battery is dead, or a fuse (70A?) in the main fuse box has blown. This is rare, but can happen. A major fault in the alternator, or the alternator harness can blow this fuse e.g the harness burns on the exhaust pipe and shorts to ground.

If you are losing antifreeze out of the water pump, then that is a sympton telling you it's time to replace the water pump. When you say the timing belt is slashed up, do you mean the serpentine belt that runs the power steering pump, ac pump, alternator, and water pump or have you actually torn the engine apart enough to see the timing belt?

If you in fact mean the serpentine belt, chances are it's torn up because either antifreeze got on the belt making it slick enough to get off track and when they get off track, they can get slashed up pretty quick.

typical problem of an shut alternator. the voltage regulator bridge of the alternator is not working properly. only solution is to change it. if youu smell rotten egges when car is running thats it!

look for a loose earth wire probably on the battery or motor /chassis point

I will need more specific information on the symptoms like does it do it all the time whether hot or cold? Is it an automatic or stick? Has it been worked on recently? Was it gradual or did it start doing this all of a sudden? Is the check engine light on? How high are the rpms? is it running rich (as seen by black smoke in the exhaust) Any other symptoms? There are a number of things that could cause the high rpms, including an air leak in the intake system, one of a number of sensors that may be feeding bad or no info back to the computer. If the check engine light is on you are in luck as you can go just about any auto parts store and they will read the codes for you for free. In any case you need it checked out and should get it fixed as soon as you can.

Check for fuel restriction. Sock inside tank (maybe stopping up), fuel filter dirty, fuel pump.

check the accelarator connections and also goto a regular maintanence checkup and also check the crankshaft and wheel to crankshaft connection
