if they turn off after 30 sec - 1 min this is normal operation. If they don't I would check for a stuck headlamp relay first

This ma be due to unbalance tire or uneven tire wear. Please check your tire and get it balanced.

yeah you can use them parts from your donor car, but when you install airbag and controller it has to be resetted anyway with some fault code reader. Better change the seat as well, they are integrated in the seat I dont think that will be easy to change seat airbag, but I could be wrong

you have a voltage drop problem probably a coroded wire if you can open wire harness and do voltage checks down the wire until you find the bad spot and repair or you can run a bypass wire

Don't know, but suggest you just get one from a salvage yard. A lot of GM cars would have the same mount, especially with the same engine.
