On my 740, the fuses are inside a case located under the hood.

Hi to get them to switch off you have to take your car into a garage and have the computer reset this will then reset all the sensors on the wheels and will turn the lights off.

getting this done is the only way your going to get the lights to turn off, not all garages have the equipment to do this on bmw so you may have to shop around a bit first

Under the spare tire in the trunk. You will need an 11mm and 13mm sockets or wrenches to remove it.

Take care.

the blower motor is usually located above the drivers feet ,
a blunt tap at the center of the assembly , may start it up,
indicating a bad motor, if not a fuse or power/ground problem.

you need to reset the immobiliser/alarm.

This is a head gasket problem which is very common that type of BMW.

You need to replace the rear Shocks and since you are at it, you should replace the front Struts too.

You must dismantle the dash for that. Buy this repair manual and follow it to the letter - don't force or the parts you will break will cost you more than what you would have payed to have the fan installed at a shop.

Common problem. Most likely culprit is the "Blower Motor Resistor/Regulator; AC Final Stage Unit" Will cost you around $80-$100 for the part if you put it in yourself.

9 out of 10 times a defective battery/ charging system causes problems with transmission. Why? because a computer controls your transmission. Have battery and charging system checked out.

fuse box is most likely under dash, your vehicle hand book will have info on location @ amp fuse sizes @ locations

VIN = Vechile Identification number.

automatic transmissions don't usually have a filler plug normally you pull the dipstick out & fill from there using a small funnel,pouring the oil in slowly......hope this helps.....cheers

Fuel tank leveler needs to be set correctly. can only be done by BMW

Replace final reistor.

you may have a blown fuse,check the fuses in the fuse box under the hood,if all are OK try plugging something else into the socket, a phone charger or the like to see if that works & if it does the problem is the lighter element is faulty.......hope this helps......cheers

It could be the final fan reistor they all give trouble in this model.

Change the micro filters and get the air con re-charged.
