My 2008 hyundai elantra when
Most definately your tire. Out of round and or balance or tire defects cannot usually be detected visually. I would take it to a reputable tire store for inspection. Could be a bent or warped rim if you have run over a curb or through a big pothole, etc. They should be able to tell you if one or the other is defective.

Radio saying loading
Your XM radio may still be under warranty. Sounds like your Set Top Box is faulty/malfunctioning.
Contact your nearest/local Hyundai Dealership Service Department and ask the question. Be sure to have the VIN ((Vehicle Identification Number) handy.

Windshield wiper sprayer won't spray
your motor could be bad you could have a bad fuse or there is something in the line or there is something in the sprayer head. if you listen around the sprayer motor you should be able to here is it is working or not if it is working it is probably something in the line or sprayer head if it is not working than it is either a bad motor or it isn't getting power if the motor isn't working I would start with the fuses.

The eps light comes on
welcome to Fixya
Electronic Power Steering (EPS). This means that there is something wrong with the part or the sensor only. It would be better to use a scan tool and get error message for us to be able to determine whats causing the light to ON. Here's an
article for the EPS.

2008 elantra trunk release button
Only thing I can think of is the emergency trunk release in side the
trunk on the trunk lid may be out of position. Open the trunk with
your key and have a look at it. Other wise you car should still be
under warranty, so let the dealer worry about it.

How do you change the
Hyundai has an online repair manual, but you will have to call their
customer service for access (password etc.). Considering you
have such a great warranty on this car, might be better if Hyundai
performed the job to maintain the warranty.

The car is running fine,
Hyundai has electric assisted power steering, not hydraulic, and I know the
new Sonata has some steering issues. Better bring it into Hyundai especially
since you're still under warranty. Don't fool with this, since the car is extremely
difficult to steer if you loose the assist.

Locked my keys in the
I am not familiar with this model, but most cars nowdays have a way to get into the trunk from the rear seat. Either it folds down or there is a passage way into the trunk from the arm rest in the center. If all else fails you can jump across the wire on the trunk button to activat it if the switch is bad, but I don't think I ever saw one that went bad!

How do I reset the tire pressure system manually??
If you are referring to the TPMS light (warning light), there isn't one. The procedure requires the use of a system (computer) called the GDS (Global Diagnostic System). Only the Hyundai Dealerships have this system (proprietary). If you are referring to a 'Low Tire Pressure" warning light, simply raise the pressure in each tire to the manufacturer's recommended minimum pressure (psi - between 30 & 35 psi). The low tire pressure light will turn off after 5 minutes of driving.
