Not stitching. Can timing be adjusted
If you had no major jam your timing will be fine. My guess is that you have a problem with the needle positioning and/or adjustment of the machine itself. Like, check that thread is not knotted and looped correctly. Do some basic checks (as per manual) and don't panic.
When i turn the balance wheel or use the foot controller, the needle doesn't raise or lower
Is this a machine where you have to tightnen the clutch in the middle of the handwheel? Or is this one where the clutch disengages when you switch the bobbin winder on?
If it's of the second type, try turning the bobbin winder on again, and then off, crisply. Otherwise my best guess, barring other information, is that the lubricants have gone gummy or evaporated. Do you hear a motor hum?
The stiches become loose after few seconds after i start sewing
I had a problem similar to this-- when sewing, tons of thread was bunching and looping out of the stitches instead of a nice neat stitch. I finally figured out that this old metal bobbin I put in was incompatible. I switched to a plastic bobbin (the kind like that which came with the sewing machine) and the stitches looked fine.
I just bought a Yamata GC8500 Industrial Sewing
I had the same problem and I found a smaller pulley for the motor. It slowed it down considerably. I found the pulley at a heavy equipment parts shop. You'll have to do some serchung but people will point you in the right direction.
The thread keep bursting as soon as i start to sew although machine is thread properly
Check your thread tension isn't too tight, try on a piece of similar fabric that you are going to use, try sewing a line of stitches, if the thread snaps, change your tension number, then sew another line with your different tension number, try this until you can stitch without the thread snapping, it could be that your bobbin tension is too tight. Can you check your machine manual, it could even be the needle or the thread that's wrong for your fabric. But I would say, check your tension.
Hope this helps.
