Registration Number generally comes with the software[registration key that appears on the CD cover]. If you purchase the software as a download it commonly comes in the form of an e-mail. If you had the key and then lost it, contact the manufacture of the software. If you registered your software most companies can tell you what your product key was. If not they will generally issue you a replacement number right there over the phone or in an e-mail.

• The serial number on the base of your Xitel unit;
• The model and brand of the stereo system, television or iPod you're trying to connect; and

If you have lost the CD key for the software you will need to go back to the manufacture to see if you can get a key from them as they were the ones to licence the software.

Now it is possible that the key is still on your computer if it did not get formated. Please describe alittle more about what happened to your programs.

I have Xitel plug and play and it works perfect on my PC-- do they have a driver to work on my mac. john

I bought my'n from the home shopping channerl for $89.00
works excellent.

It is possible but lets work on your problems separately. First of all what is the make and model of your computer? Also what is the model of your brother printer as that may just require a driver. Lastly when you connect the devices does the computer recognize them at all? if it is recognized you can go to device manager and find out the exact issue my guess would be a driver issue at this point. Once I get some more information i can assist you further.

You should be able to make that work. You will need to make sure the source is turned on in vistas audio mixer. If you need more info let me know.

In order to help you, i'll need to know EXACTLY what it is you need to software key for!

The Xitel site http://www.xitel.com/USA/support_inport.htm says when this happens, " 1. Go to START -> CONTROL PANEL -> SOUNDS AND MULTIMEDIA PROPERTIES -> AUDIO TAB
2. Make sure that in the Audio tab your soundcard appears as the Preferred Playback device with USB Audio or INport as the Preferred Recording Device. There should also be a check next to the option 'use only preferred device'.
3. When you start LPRecorder you should also make sure that Recording Device is set to USB Device or INport and Playback Device is set as your soundcard and that there is a check next to the option Simultaneous Playback."
