Try with default ID and password "admin", and "4321". This particular model doesn't have a reset button, so the only way to reset it is by contacting Samsung who will then give you the reset method.

My recent use of Samsung security devices leads me to believe that you MUST have the remote that comes with the device. Resetting is often done by holding the MODE button along with the PTZ button until prompted for a password (which takes around 5 seconds). Then enter 4321 when prompted.
