How do i tie my shoes?
I am trying to understand the problem here. Nike shoes that are equipped with laces are usually sold with some. If the laces are broken, you can get more at a shoe repair shop. If it is for disability that you ask, then the occupational therapist may not have given you the techniques you need yet.
Need to take yellow stain out pf white nike airmaxes
Hi. Do you know what caused the stain? You might want to try a cotton swab with a little bit of a diluted bleach solution - put 1 part bleach to 10 parts water, mix, and then dip the cotton swab in it and gently apply to the stained area. It might take a bit of work to get it all out. I hope this helps.
Squeaky noisy sneaker
it's very simple. just take out the insole from the sneaker, then put some talcum powder in the sneaker, then put the insole back. this will eliminate the squeaking.
the problem is that sweat gets between the insole and the inside surface. the friction between the two is the cause of the squeaking.

Need some information on Nike shoes ?So I recently
The Lunarfly is a lot lighter than the Vomero 5, around 2.5 ounces or so. I wanted to get the Lunarfly's but they do not have enough cushion (I'm just recovering from a stress fracture in my metatarsal) for me as of right now. I actually ended up getting the Nike Vomero 5...about 30 dollars more than the Lunarfly but they feel pretty solid to run in!!!
The cushioning for the Vomero 5 is great. I actually got done running 4.5 miles about two hours ago and my legs feel fresh! The only downfall is that the shoes are 9.8 ounces (well, for girls...probably a bit more for men) which isn't too heavy, but I used to run in Mizunos that are 7.7 ounces so it feels slightly heavier. I plan on getting the Lunarfly when track season rolls around but the Vomero is a great shoe! I can't tell you much on the Free, but I know it is supposed to simulate barefoot running...it is a minimal shoe and is very lightweight. You can go the distance on any of these Nike's. I do prefer lighter shoes because like the guy above said, barefoot running is the natural way to run...it's also nice to have a cushioned shoe though for extremely long runs. Go to a running store and test out the shoes by running around the block!
