Go to the "SETTINGS" app on your phone. Toward the bottom of the "SETTINGS" menu you should see "ABOUT PHONE " or "SYSTEM UPDATE" (You may see both options). If you see the "SYSTEM UPDATE" option, tap on it, if an update is available for your phone, You will be given the appropriate options to download and install it.
