first off you will need to get on the main menu and look for a settings once there look for call settings, in there scroll down and it should say call forwarding, click on that and you should be able to ajust to your liking.

Try removing the simcard and the battery. Then replace both and check if the problem is fixed. If not, remove the simcard, replace back the battery then do a master reset. Press menu then scroll to Advanced, Connectivity, Master reset, Reset Defaults > Reset Settings or Reset Defaults. If it still won't work, try using a different simcard. Your simcard might be defective.
