My LG LDF7932ST Dishwasher top display and buttons no longer light up. The front lights still work and buttons respond. Is there a master reset or test to possibly address the backlight issue?

Do the top buttons still work even without the backlight? or are they not functional as well. One of the more common issues I have seen that can cause that is the sound-deadening insulation in the door (which is rubber-like) will sometimes get the wires stuck in it and as the door is opened and closed they will stretch and break. It may be worth checking in the door to see if you have any broken or segmented wires.

Where can I purchase replacement racks for my P/No 385ODD3006E LG Dishwasher

If still in production LG may have them but as they are not normally needed for a warranty repair, I wouldn't hold your breath, as they are not likely to fail under warranty.

LG dishwasher leaking out the bottom of the door.

My dishwasher was doing the same thing, but it was because of a clogged vent. The minerals in the water built up to a point that it was totally blocked and since it couldnt vent, the water ran down the inside of the door and leaked out the bottom. I just popped the vent cover off of the inside of the door and cleaned it out and it stopped leaking.

LG dishwasher stops mid cycle

My LG dishwasher was doing the same thing. It's 2 1/2 years old. I called LG and they finally did a smart diagnostic test which showed not enough power coming in. I had to call a electrician and he checked both the circuit breaker and the line into the dishwasher and both read at 222 amps. So I called LG back and they gave me the names of three LG repairmen. All three places were over 200 miles from my home and would not come. One said that he does not like working with LG especially if it is still under warranty. But I remembered one review saying that as time goes on the door will not make a complete connection so just slam it and see if it goes. It completes a full cycle and works perfect but I have to slam the door. Hoping this works for a few more years then I will get a new one but not an LG!

LG dishwasher LD2080TH Error code: E1

LG has programmed in the E1 error code to indicate when the drain pump is running, it is not receiving the back pressure it needs. This is most likely an indication that there is a water leak in the draining system. https://removeandreplace.com/2017/03/06/lg-dishwasher-error-code-e1-how-to-clear/

Error code E1 on LG dishwasher

I have this sometimes where E1 is reported and the pump remains on. The following voodoo has worked for me.

1) Make sure there is not a real drain problem.
2) Cancel any cycle or turn the power button off then on.
3) Run a rinse cycle (15 minutes).
4) If pump continues to run, turn off the power to the dishwasher, let stand for a minute, then repeat steps 2-3. If still not working, leave power off over night and leave the door open then try again.

In each iteration, it is important to curse your LG product and/or threaten it with replacement.

Lg dishwasher shows a locked lock and key pad doesnt work

That is the purpose of the lock button on the panel. It is actually to keep young children from starting or switching settings.
Simply press and hold the lock button down for 3-5 seconds, this will unlock the panel.

PE Problem

I don't know of PE as a error for the dishwasher, however stranger things have happened.
Lg has had problems with older units prior to mar 07. They have had wires breaking in the door. If you turn off the power and remove the panel. Look for broken wires and or wires stuck in the insulation. Check for continuity as sometimes it can be an internal break. Fix this and you should be good. Oh put some insulation between before closing it up .

LG LDF8812ST rinse aid - possible leak. I am filling rinse aid at least once a week.

It might have an adjustment knob where you fill the jet dry. 1 is lowest. If no adjustment then you probably have a bad soap dispenser and would need replacement.

My LG dishwasher is about 5 months old and almost every time I run the dishwasher on dual zone, it will repeatedly beep with around 40 minutes left then turn off? Anyone else have this issue?

I'm guessing, but I would look for a water level issue. Maybe the float switch assuming you don't have water on the floor.
