There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.

You might just want to press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then uplug the battery for a minute then put it back in then press and hold the power button until it turns on. Thank you.

I attempted to find out who the customer ordered a manual from and he couldn't tell me. The customer thinks that he may have attempted to order a manual from Fix Ya twice. I advised the customer to send a message to Contact Us to make sure his credit card wasn't billed twice for help with finding a solution to his problem. I also advised the customer how to download the manual from retrevo but the customer advised me that he didn't want to download it because he does not have a printer and isn't sure exactly what steps to take. I offered to walk the customer through it. The customer's Verizon internet connection seems to be acting up so he ended the call. I advised him of the link below in addition to retrevo to get his manual. The customer says that he is going to buy a printer. He also advised me that he had contacted the company and that they no longer have printed manuals for sale. The customer had been on manualsink.com as I had him check his Internet Explorer history but he didn't think that was the page he'd entered his credit card information on.

There's no free unlock solution for that model. If you're trying to use the phone on other GSM carriers other than the original, you would need the unique network unlock code for the phone.

No you cannot repair this unless you want to take the time to try and find a used screen on ebay and try to assemble the new screen yourself. You are better off buying a new ereader.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.

To open the unit there are 4 screws, 2 are on the base. There are also 2 on the back at the top that are hidden by rubber plugs. Remove the plugs using a small flat screwdriver. Once the screws are all removed use a small screwdriver or butterknife to slide down the side and the back should pop off.
I have the same problem with mine, but the USB connector seems to go straight to a board, so don't know if can be tightened, soldered or otherwise repaired.
