Sounds like the lock is broken where the actuators and the key cylinder make the lock unlatch have disconnected.

This appears to be a known issue. You need diagnostics with a pro grade scan tool computer. You aren't looking for codes, but data network issues or problems with the BCM. I think your problem is most likely going to be battery corrosion on the positive battery cable. Take the positive cable off and look at the side that connects to the battery- if that has a bunch of white stuff on it, mix up some baking soda and water use a tooth brush to clean the terminal off and rinse with water. Then spray with electronic connection cleaner and apply some dielectric grease to the connection before you put it back together. I have had to cut the rubber part of those cables in order to really get in there and clean things up- sometimes there will be a bunch of corrosion around the little 8mm lug that you tighten at the end of the cable.

the starter motor is dead, silient, ????? cranks in Neutral but not PARK>? key on, and the IMMO lamp not angry (immobizer)?key failing? Will not crank or cranks fast but will not start, and run or stay running or only runs for 3 seconds (IMMO loves to to the 3 sec,. jive) be more clear on the stater electric motor. the starter actual can be hotwired easy if dead, (it) jump big lug on starter to tiny lug.
