The valve is located under the rear of the car, passenger side, above the rear axle.

Remove the arm rest door to the center console (Philips screws in the hinge first, pull the bezel around the CD and Heat control, then take out the rubber from the cup holders and remove the screws, also remove the screws inside the center storage compartment. You should be able to remove the center storage compartment and gain access to the area underneath.

You are checking backwards!

1. check the bulb. They fail first.
2. check the fuse
3. check connections behind the bulb
4 check switches
5 check wiring from switch to bulb

I experienced an issue like yours in my GMC Truck, it was the Wheel Speed Sensors in my front hubs causing the abs system to actuate at times it shouldn't have- extremely dangerous and thankfully I was lucky enough to fix it before anyone was hurt- I might've hurt a few things I had to run into purposely just to stop the truck, check that out ASAP!
