I have had a couple of watches that have clasps like that. Essentially it folds into itself, if you look at the metal part that does not fit the rest of the band you will notice some rectangular openings and two little projections.
Now, to close it you have to pull each side of the bands in, the metal bar should also fold a little as well, then each side should clasp.
I hope this image helps.
I hope this helps, also to get back open you should just be able to pull it open, it will should have no ill-effect on the watch. I really hope this helps.
You will need a small jeweler screwdriver set Home Depot or Lowes to push the pin out. If you look close you will see the pin in one side is slightly larger than the other. you need to push on the smaller of the two sides of the pin. be careful not to scratch the watch, and you will also need a gap in whatever you are using as your surface for the pin to be depressed into. A small block of wood with a hole in is will work well. Carefully push out at least two of these pins estimating how much you will need on each side of the band. you want to make sure the watch is centered on your hand once you have removed the links you do not need. It may be possible that you will need to put back one on one side and remove two on the other.

You have 2 options : either you take it to one of your local watch repair shops and they will reattach and refurbish the wristband or (if you want it replaced with an brand new original one) you will have to sent it to the official repair company. You can read more about that in here
http://www.annekleinwatchrepair.com/FAQ.html
I strongly recommend that you phone them before sending the watch - you might realize that the replacement of the wristband will cost you a fortune.
depends if you want the same factory crown or just one that looks nice but not the official crown , but crown , if stem is not broking around 15 - 20 dollars to replace, crown and stem around 30 4-5 dollars to replace.
Thank you for contacting FixYa.
You can follow directions for your band at this link:
You can try to contact AK direct at 1-888-841-2229 to see if they have extra links. Unfortunately, many of these vendors discontinue styles often enough that they dont have for very long.
If they are of no assistance, then your best other bet is to find a local watchsmith who may have extra links from watches he works with, that might work (they may not match...FYI)
Good luck
