It is very important that a battery is replaced by an experienced professional who can properly seal the back of the watch to prevent damage to the movement. Assuming you mean reinstall rather than "replace", I recommend taking the watch to a jeweler for a demonstration.

Watches bands that are integrated with the watch as I believe this watch has are hard to find if the manufacture does not offer them. A quick look on ebay finds a few of these watches for sale at a low cost. I would recommend getting one and using that bracelet.
