Have you inserted a memory card? If you have it may only show what is on the card and not what is on the camera. You my need to take the memory card out, then it will display what is stored on the camera. (presuming you have a memory card in place!)

yeah picts were there when took out card but my son played with it and lost the picts but he didnt delete them they very important

If they are not on the card, but were stored on the camera and are no longer there, then it may be that they were accidently deleted. Sorry, I could be of no more help.

My internal memory says it is full.It is a kodakeasysharem538,I really need to get these picts.off there.

If you don't want to delete them you need to either connect the camera to your computer and download them to a folder, then delete them from the camera, or remove the memory card and plug it into your computer and do the same, then put the card back in the camera.

Does this camera work with macs OS X 10.5. I am able to download picts into iPhoto, but they won't stay there, they disappear. I have kodak c813 easy share.

When you connect your camera to your mac, iPhoto may open up and display the photos from your camera on screen (look to see that the camera is shown in the lefthand sidebar in iPhoto). However, the photos are not stored on your computer until to click 'Import'. After import, your photos are copied into the 'iPhoto Library' and now stored on your mac.To find them click on 'Events' or 'Photos' from the Library menu on the left sidebar.
If you are still having trouble copying your photos from your camera. Try using the 'Image Capture' app in the Applications folder to transfer photos from a camera.

How to save a picture to a memory stick,,

Hi,

Even if the Memory Stick Duo is inserted in the Camera, the images will not be saved in the Memory Stick Duo until the capacity of the Internal Memory is full. To save the images in the Internal Memory to the Memory Stick Duo, select the EXPORT option from the Viewing Menu of the Camera. Touch the MENU icon when viewing images to select the IMPORT option.
There are two option in the Viewing Menu of the Camera (Export and Import). Export option is to save from Internal Memory to Memory Stick and Import is for saving from Memory Stick to the Internal Memory.
This Camera is having 4GB of Internal Memory, hence the images captured will get saved in the Internal Memory first and then to Memory Stick once the Internal Memory is full.

It's no problem at all to get them back. Please see this post for several free software that you can download. You'll need to use a card reader with the memory card alone these programs though:

All the download links listed in the article are through CNET, primarily to verify that these are malware free software, and to give you a chance to read user reviews on the software before downloading.

I forgot my memory card at home this morning. I know that my camara has internal memory so i took some pictures. I am now at home and need to trasfer my pictures from the internal memory to an external...

Plug in the USB transfer cable (to the camera), other end into your computer. The computer should recognize the picts and start the download.
After it is complete, you can now insert the external memory device (either into the computer (if it takes them) or into the camera.)

**If you plugged into the computer - you can drag and drop the picts from the folder on the PC to the memory card (the computer thinks that it is an external hard drive).

**If you place the card into the camera, connect the usb cable between the camera and the PC. Now, you can drag and drop the picts from the folder on the PC to the camera memory card (the computer thinks that it is an external hard drive).

That is all there is to it.... because the PC thinks that the memory card is an external hard drive, you can move stuff to/from it just like any hard drive. Neat, huh!!!

I have some pictures that are saved on the internal memory of the camera and not on my memory card, I cant seem to get them uploaded onto the computer.. how do I do that?

Remove YOUR memory card from the camera. then connect the USB cable to the camera - then to your computer.... it will see the internal memory-stored picts.

I have deleted most of the pictures from the memory card, but the camera keeps giving the message 'access'. What is this?

this maybe a problem with the card formatting. if the picts are not important, format the card in the camera, if the camera doesn't offer a format option use the format utility included with your pc operating system

Color resolution problem

Select a lower value for image saturation in camera menu settings. Then you can adjust in raw processing if saturation is too low. This may apply to in-camera setting for image sharpness as well. In general, use conservative settings in camera, then if anything needs adjusting do this in raw processing stage.
