I have a Jenn Air JCD2289AEW side by side refrigerator. The freezer has not been cooling properly for a few days. Now the refrigerator seems to be maybe less cool than it should be. I still get cold air blowing out of the freezer. I've always had a problem with ice build up but that has disappeared the past few weeks. I've downloaded the service manual and noticed that where the location of the yoder condenser loop is on the cabinet is very warm. And items on the freezer door is not cooling. I'd appreciate any analysis you have to offer.

I have a Jenn Air JCD2289AEW the fridge was cooling good for awhile then the fridge started warming up so I defrosted the coils in the freezer and the fridge started to work again for awhile then the problem happened again but this time the freezer and fridge were warm. I am doing the defrosting again and also vacumed the back and bottom. Any info would be greatful Thank You

Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong. If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.
