you might be able to usb to a laptop and then use mobile phone as a hotspot to connect laptop to mobile phone via Wi Fi and use the mobile phone as a mobile data connection and then use VOIP (line) (Skype or Zoom and video conference but mobile data costs are prohibitive might be better to use Wi FI or ethernet on laptop) . But if you want to use the speaker device on a mobile call you need bluetooth

Call from your phone. When 1st call is running dial number and make 2nd call. When received your 2nd call click option and select conference. You will be connected to the conference.

On wat platform you want to make a conference call.
mobile, skpye or google talk etc.

I believe that if you reach a busy signal, you can hang up. The conference should ring you back and the rest of the conference will be there.

To form a Conference when a two-party call is already in place, or to add another party to an existing Conference:

1. Press Flash or flash the switchhook.

5. Dial the Conference Call Feature Access Code.
   

To Leave a Conference:

To split a Conference and speak privately with the original party:

1. Flash the switchhook.

first call a number 1 . Then when the call connects call the second number 2 . When the second caller picks up . go to options & add him to conference. then call the number 3 . Repeat the steps & add third caller in conference .

Many network operator charge for conference calls .please check with your network operator and activate conference calling on your mobile

Once you receive your first call Press conference button. your first call will automaticaly be on hold. Press a line button to dial second number. Once call is connected Press conference button and you will have 3 way conference.
To add more PeoPle into conference Press conference button again and select a new line. Dial the number and Press conference button to connect everyone to that conference.
