My battary went dead on my black berry curve, i try to charge it , im getting a white screen that say "app error 523 reset , i try to reset it and nothing is happens, i also took d battary out and putting it back in and that didnt help .

you have to upgrade it or you reload software back with blackberry app loader

download a BB desktop manager ,install it and then connect your phone to the pc via the cable ,let the pc install the drivers o the phone be patient , your desktop manager will recognize your phone , there is one option name update device ,click on that and follow the instructions ur phone will be updated online and your prob will be solved , if u still need assistance mail me at [email protected]

my phone went dead last night went i was in bed and when ive woke up this mornin ive put it on charge and the screen was white and said app error 523 reset so i reset it and it says uncaught exception:11 >11 and then went i press ok it just goes straight back to app error 523 .... and i need my phone :( how can i fix it without sending it off and paying for it?

you need to connect the phone to the computer or laptop that you are using via usb cable and open teh blackberry desktop manager and go to application loader and install the OS you want and it will be up and working great again.

523 app. error. Reset.

To resolve this issue, the BlackBerry Device software will have to be reloaded.

Note: The BlackBerry smartphone will not show a Connected state in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Please proceed to open and run the Application Loader.
