Hi, not sure if it will help but my 9000 did the same thing, I ended up putting it on charge for a while and it finally came back on. when it did, the battery was completely dead(it was fully charged) I replaced the battery and havent had an issue since. hope this helps. also, pull the battery and plug in to a power source and it should try to come back on for you.
all you need to do is first PAIR your both the devices using bluetooth, then in black berry on music or ringtone or picture whichever you want go to.. menu-->option-->receive using bluetooth ,,,, once you allow files to be transfer from nokia you will receive in blackberry... and for sending out from black berry... select SEND USING BLUETOOTH....

If this is a Verizon phone then it most likely does not have a SIM card. If it does have one then it should be located under the battery. Hold the home key power and volume down sometimes it its up so try both ways if not go on u tube they have a video on how to do it just type in how to master reset and what your phone is and your good to go
