You really don't need the serial number of the board in order to replace it, just the model number (and revision level of the laptop). Here are two links that hopefully will help you:

Acer z3751 has mother board problems especially when the operating system is being updated. So far Acer service only replaces its mother board when there is a complaint of auto shut down and of having difficulty in starting the systems. I would advise not to replace the mother board if there is such a problem after warranty period and if possible try to extend the warranty period as long as possible to minimise the cost of repairing.

It's the 11 digit number (numbers only) located next to the bar codes on the bottom of your product label. If you can't read it or if it's worn out, I am sorry, but if you still able to see the serial number and wish to register your product, you can still try using the Serial Number. Look underneath / at the back side of the laptop you will get the serial number on second line of the label.

I request you to plese note down the Acer 5630 Mother board product no and serial no, then you can contact to Acer Customer care - Support division , they will ask you the product no and serial no ( if required) the ask for new mother board, Acer will inform you where u have to buy the mother board.
