Dismantle the case, take out the hard disk, put it in a desktop and access it directly from Computer. If even that fails then the data is lost for good.
Depends if the drive is bad or if the case circuits are the problem. If it's just the case you can put the drive in another computer, or purchase a transfer cable to plug into any USB port and transfer your own files off that way. Other wise if the drive it's self is bad you will have to find someone that is able to replace the circuits on the drive, or how ever they make them work again. hi, what is transfer cable ? how can i get my data back with that ( will it work even the circuit was burned).
