Depending on the model number - (guessing its a W48XX series) F63 is a water path fault - This is the control unit that directs the water flow to the proper path (pre-wash, detergent, fabric softener ect..... ) Sometimes and audible clicking can be heard when this unit fails as it trying to switch to the proper path as per the program being ran.
It sounds like you have a blown motor controller. If your machine is older than 5 years then that's pretty normal for sole. Their belts don't last very long and they cause stress on the controller. You'll have to replace the motor controller and the walking belt.
