Make sure you have all latest software downloads from Olympus.
They are available at www.olympusamerica.com in their software download section. You will need to make sure you are running 64 Bit system on your PC, AND ALSO, make sure you get their latest version of Wave Player, also available at their web site.
I had the same problem with XP.
Find(go online), download, and install Digital Wave player.
Then go to Olympus site and find and install Digital wave player update 2.1.4. That should take care of it.
The format of these files is WAV. I think you would need to convert the file format from WAV to MP3 in order to play it on the Ipod. You will probably need to locate third party software to do this type of conversion. Then you can copy and paste the file from your computer hard drive to the Ipod.
