There is conflicting info here on correct measuring. One respondant says 2.5 c. per 30 cups of water. Another says .5 cup per 10 cups water, or 1.5 c. per 30 cups water. Big difference. I too can't find my urn instruction manual. My question: we like strong coffee. Does the "perfect" measure of 2.5 cups of coffee for 30 cups make a medium strength cup, or a light cup? Having a party tomorrow night, so would sure appreciate a quick reply! Thanks.

Weak coffee is 2 tsp per cup strong coffee is 3 tsp or 1 Tbls per cup. (3 tsp per Tblsp) 32 Tablespoons = 2 Cups, there are 4 Tblsp per 1/4 cup. If you're confused ( I am from reading my answer) Use 1 cup for weak coffee, two cups for strong or 1 & 1/2 for regular strength coffee. Hope that helps!
