I was given a Jamo sub 1810, but have no instruction manual. I'm trying to hook up to my Pioneer HTP-2500 home theater system. What would be the correct way? Also if you could help me with the setup, that would be great. Thank you for any help.

The Jamo is self-amplified and accepts Line Level input ONLY.

The HTP-2500 receiver drives a subwoofer directly with SPEAKER LEVEL output only and does not have a volume-controlled output for driving externally-amplified devices.

I had a picture until my child hit something on the remote and now i have no picture. I have sound. I can't figure out what button to press to get the picture back on my TV. I hooked the cable directly up...

The reset procedure will be in the owner's manual. If you no longer have the manual, look to the Pioneer website. They will have it if it's not too old. Should you have further questions, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. You may contact me directly through my website. Thank you.

Yes does anybody know how to hook up a two channel amp to two 12" subwoofer's

Active or passive subs (size is irrelevant)? Do you have the manual(s)? It might talk about that. If active subs, get an RCA splitter cable and share the subwoofer output.

I have a pioneer home theater HTZ585 DVD system. Since yesterday, i get 'SUB COM' message displayed (blinking) and nothing seems to work anymore. Any suggestions?

I can't find that message in the manual but I would guess it's trying to tell you something is wrong going out to the subwoofer. Trace the wiring. If you don't see anything wrong, disconnect the sub and see if the message disappears or changes.

I have the VSX-1019AH-k Pioneer receiver and i want to increase the bass. When i go to setup for the speakers the SW option is grayed out so i can't put it to plus. Help?

I'm referencing a VSX-1016 manual, so I hope it's close enough to help you find the function...

Somewhere in the System Setup menu you'll find a setting for SUB W. The wrong setting is NO.

Set it to YES or PLUS depending on if you want ONLY the Sub to carry all the bass, or if the Front Speakers will share bass with the Sub, respectively.

Subwoofer

I suppose that your system requires an active subwoofer, and that you provide one. Some systems, if SPEAKER SIZE in SETUP are set to LARGE for front or center speakers, do not send signal to sub, system redirect signal to front or center speaker. Try to check this.

There is a problem with the volume controller chip, or a problem in the paoer supply feeding the main amp. Good Luck
