My Kodak easyshare M530 doesn't have a "stamp date" on my setup screen. Yet it does stamp my pixes.

Are you sure? Where are you seeing the date? As far as I'm aware, the M530 can't stamp the date on the pics. It can show the date when reviewing pics, and just about any photo printing program can print the date along with the photo, but the camera won't hide anything behind the date.

I can't find out how to put a date stamp on my photos using my Kodak EasyShare Z612. I take lots of photos of my cattle and would like to put a date stamp on them at times.

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I need to know how to have the date stamp print on the pics I take. Very important that I have every pic date stamped. How dod I do it. Also, I have the M580 digital camera but I didn't see a choice...

Unfortunately your camera does not have the feature to have the date stamp visible on the pictures. It does, however, save the date and time information on every photo in EXIF data. Every photo taken with this camera (and most all digital cameras) contain hidden EXIF data containing the exact date and time the photo was taken as well as other information such as aperture, shutter speed, flash mode, etc. To view this data you can look at the properties of the photo using a photo program or even windows.

How do i date stamp photos i take on my kodak easyshare m580 camera???

I've checked in the manual and I don't think this camera has a date stamp feature on it. Other than that you can put the date on the image on your computer using a photo editing program like Photoshop. Hope this helps!

How do I date stamp photos?

photos are our archives of memories but sometime we do forget the taken date of an image. Sometime we feel a need of exact date and time the image was taken. The available meta data of an image not always give us good result and we need to be somewhat techie to understand that. So, to keep thing simple it will be great idea to put a date-time stamp on it.

photo date-stamp helps you here. It allows you to put date-time stamp in an image as well as a batch of images. You can choose color, font and font size to style the time stamp. It also allows you to chose the stamp position such as Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left and Bottom Right.....

thanks.

I have a kodak EasyShare C315. I need the date stamp but can't seem to make it work on pictures. I have set and reset it. How do I make it show of pictures?

In any mode, press the MENU button. Use up/down to highlight Setup (three horizontal sliders) and press the OK button. Use up/down to highlight "Date Stamp" and press OK. Make your choice and press OK. The date stamp will only appear on photos taken in the auto mode.
