Try uninstalling your google talk from your pc. Then remove remaining files of it from the registry. Click start and in the search box type in regedit.
navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk. Delete the entire google talk folder. That will your registry from the remnants of google talk program

Now clear the browser cache and the history in the in the internet browser.
Open your internet browser and click the Tools Menu..Select Advance then Network tab. Press the CLEAR NOW to clear the cache... To clear the browsing history press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL key.. select everything and the press CLEAR NOW.

After that reinstall the google talk and the you are ready to go..
