Ok, it's been a while but here's what I remember. If your talking about default black and white COPYING, try the following. First set the machine to make B&W copies, then hit utility and go to user mode, touch current settings, then OK. B&W should now be the default.

How do i fix error code 13DD ON KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C35

The counter data on one card does not match counter data on a different board did some one try to reset the counters to make the machine newer???? Need to get tech out to try and rewrite the firmware,

Hi. i have bizhub 350. my problem is the toner hopper is not spinning/rotating. hv already changed the developer,the toner replenishing box and the drum assy, whole unit. what seems to be my problem here....

Sir, the toner bottle motor assy. needs to be replaced. will take quite a bit of work to get to, recommended a service tech qualified on Biz hub 350. This series is well known for the toner bottle assy. fault as is the di3510 series prior to the Bizhub 200/300 series.
