Battery always says low even when sitting on charger for 3 days

The MK batteries are far superior to Interstate batteries overall.
You can load test the batteries to see if they are working properly with a load tester. Your can test the charger output to the batteries with a digital voltmeter connected to the batteries with the charger plugged in. These 2 tests take less than 10 minutes and can be done at a local auto or scooter shop for nominal expense.
Make sure the charger and battery connections are tight and free of corrosion. On the VSI of the Jazzy 1113 there is a notorious problem with 8 pin connector and 3 pin molex at the back. You can clean these connectors but a complete electrical rebuild of the pins and receptacles is sometimes required if significant corrosion has set in. Try spraying electrical cleaner and use green Scotchbrite to clean the metal tabs on the 8 pin connector. Make sure the 3 pin molex sits in the receptacle and is making good contact.

1)Reason:

b.There is problem with charger, as it has no output electric current.
c.Low charging efficiency due to external cause.
2)Solutions:
a.Test whether the charger has voltage and output electric current or not.
b.Check if the charger is well contacted with battery.
c.Activate the battery with voltage and current 1.5 time higher then the highest ones of battery. (Use this method only when the battery can't be charged.)

Did you try boosting it? sounds like the battery is dead

If the battery is in good condition, good connections and passes a load test, the starter may be bad. But be sure the connections and the grounds are good.

Usually this has to do with cells in the rechargeable batteries dying and then not allowing them to hold a charge as long usually requiring you to replace batteries because over time it will get worse and the talk time allowed or off the charger will become less and less

Read the battery voltage with the system on but with the ac power disconnected. I always suspect the battery from experience. Battery needs to be replaced every few years normally(but can vary).

Lack of use
the battery is completely flattened so will need a total recharge or has even died of neglect.
Get a new battery and use the thing.

To help rule out if the battery, camera, or even your charger I would suggest to first clean all the contacts. This can be done with some rubbing alchol and a q-tip, make sure you get the contacts in the camera, directly on the battery, and your charger. Wipe off any excess alchol and let it sit for a minute or two so the alchol can evaporate. Give the battery a good charge and see what happens. Where did you purchase that replament battery? If what was under 10bucks I would suspect it's the battery, there are a ton of crap battery's hitting the market, always stick with name brand. Another possibility is that the charger could be sending the wrong voltage to the battery causing inproper charging, or even the chargers power cord could be sending the wrong voltage to the charger.
