please go to your phone settings, select security settings and restore factory setting. If a password is required, please use 00000000, this works unless you have created a password for your phone. If you have please use it to restore settings
Please note, that factory restore deletes all your data so try and back up most of it on Micro SD.

Please enter *#7370# on your mobile . this will ask for factory settings reset. Please note that when you restore the factory settings, all your data in the phone might be erased so make sure you take a backup of the data and contacts before you perform a restore. You will also be asked for a security code. The default nokia core is 12345 but please make sure you enter the security code for you phone. Incase this doesnot work follow this.

Please Click the menu key and then go to Settings. In the settings menu, go to security settings. Here you can find the Restore Factory settings option. Remove the battery and the memory card from the phone,check for corrupt files on the memory card with a scan on your PC- card reader. Remove and format if necessary. Reset battery and open menu settings to open link to restore to factory settings- now type 12345. If this wont work then you must reinstall the software. check with Nokia care.
