Make sure the plug from the base is inseted firmly into the back of the computer.

Also make sure the small plug from the cordless mouse power adapter is fully inserted into the back of the mouse cradle / base.

Make sure the mouse is close enough to the base to connect and there is nothing blocking the light path from the mouse to the cradle's sensor.

Also clean the little led on the bottom of the mouse with a Q-tip to remove any dust.

Good luck and please comment back if this was helpful.

How do I connect my Logitech wireless mouse to my computer

I use Logitech wireless mice and so does my wife. After a battery change you have to reconnect the mouse with the wireless receiver
. First push the button on the receiver, then push the button on the bottom of the mouse. It should connect and you will be ready to go. If this doesn't get the mouse working, you may have to unplug the mouse, then plug it back in the USB port, then reconnect to the receiver. Hope that helps.

I own a Logiech wireless keyboard & mouse combo (Model No. MK 250). The keyboard works fine. the mouse has a red light and just stops working abruptly. I have tried another wireless mouse and it works...

Try resyncing the mouse, especially if you just replaced the batteries. Press the sync button on the receiver and then the one on the bottom of the mouse.

Cordless Destop EX110 Keyboard is inoperable. Batteries have been replaced and connect button pressed. HELP!

Sounds like your keyboard has died...Try to perform a reboot, and make sure the battery is seated correctly. You will most likely have to get it replaced. I recommend going with a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. Its a lot better than Logitech!!

Logitec wireless mouse isn't working

If you mean the Infra red light at the bottom of the mouse is not working, then the mouse is defective. If it is under warranty, you can try to get an RMA. If not under warranty, then I'm afraid you'll have to get a new one (would be cheapest).

Logitech Wireless mouse stopped working

Logitech cordless devices are designed to always achieve at least 4 feet of good signal. Generally speaking, if you ahve the green light on the connect unit and the batteries are good on your actual mouse then it should work when you perform the synchronization procedure in the manual.

If it is still not working after you re-perform that you should consider relocating your laptop to try again from another environment (any electronic or electrical devices like zip drives, cd drives, etc can cause interferance). try it on a non metallic surface and if possible even try elevating the connect unit a few inches.

If it's still not working, uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your mouse and try again. If after all that it is still not working it's probably a hardware problem and you should contact logitech support for a possible warranty item replacement.
