HOW DO WE REMOVE THE STYLUS TO REPLACE IT FROM THE SONY TURNTABLE PS LX250H? AND HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE HEAVINESS OF THE TYLUS/NEEDLE UPON RECORDS/ HEAVIER OR LIGHTER WUEIGHTED ON THE VYNILS!/? WE CAN'T GET THE WHITE CARTRIDGE THE NEEDLE IS EMBEDDED IN TO LOOSEN AND COME OUT N DOWN LIKE LOOKS ON DIAGRAM PRINTED TO REAR OF TOP OF TURNTABLE SHOWING THAT DOWN AND OUT> iT WON'T BUDGE ARE WE GRIPPING WRONG PART OR GOING WRONG WAY FOR TO START TO LOOSEN TO TAKE IT OFF AND THEN TELL HOW TO PUT BACK ON A NEW ONE?

I have the same turntable and I just bought a replacement needle through the needledoctor.com. The needle is made by Audio Technica and the part number is ATN3600L.

SOURCE: how do i replace belt on lx250h?

Not sure about yours, but some of these one lifts the rubber pad to get access to the belt through holes in the platter when you are re-installing to get the belt back on the hub it runs on. One usually has to lift the platter off to get the belt around the center hub and the motor pulley first..

You can probably find the belts online with a Google search.

SOURCE: the turntable motor runs but

most platters are secured with a c clip in the middle --gently prying it off should allow the platter to be removed--than a little dexterity is required to reattach the belt to the pulley and around the bottom of the platter--if the belt is broken or stretched you can pursue a replacement at mcm electronics .com
