Can not print an excel document but the other ms documents I can print

Did you install Office 2010 32bit or 64bit version?
You may change the default printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer and then try to print from Excel to check if it helps.

Describe u r problem clearly..? Printer not print from u r Computer or only in MS-excel ?

In my case was like when i tried to print MS Word or Excel document (Xerox WC 5020 & WC 7120) i had to set "Original document size" in Paper Type option as same as "Output document size" in Printing preferences - it should help.

if you have excel 2007 you can save the file into excel 2003 compatibility

My I ask what the format the documents are in, Are they MS word, MS Excel, etc. etc..

in excel sheet please change the page size to A3 and try to print ..... if you are using office 2007 go to page layout then go to size icon there change the page size to A3 and check .......... if you are facing the same problem please post your comment ............. while you giving print please select the document which one you want to print ..........

Could be software. I have seen the last several Adobe latest version documents take several seconds to print. I have also seen increased print times with MS office 2003 Powerpoint documents.If it is a single page MS Word or Excel document and u are printing several copies of it, you should turn off the collate feature for printing of that document

NO - UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL MS OFFICE TRY ANOTHER PRINTOUT. YES - GOOD NO - CONTACT MICROSOFT VENDOR. NOTE : NO PRINTER DISQUALIFIES ANY MS DOCUMENT.THUS ERROR FROM MS VENDOR.
