Three Steps :

2) Secondly click on sign-in OR Log-in (somewhere must be on that website page)
3) in the password field, type your password.

Hold the reset button for 5 seconds.

You need the Google user name and password you set the phone up with. If you cannot remember reset it via a computer.

if normal GUI format fails.Try to format it via Command prompt
