My headlights and blinkers have been going out most of the time, with the exception of when the key is turned part-way on, but engine isn't actually on. Every now and then it'll work when engine is on, but not most times.
This started after I took the key out, but had some trouble getting it out...the lock cylinder didn't seem to turn smoothly and I had to turn it extra to get the key to release. That same time, the radio kept playing even though key was out (not normal for my car).
I checked all associated fuses I could think of. All OK. And it does work sometimes. Started same day transmission started making noise when putting it in park. (200,000 miles on it)

If the flasher ("blinker can") was bad, It would be rare that it would work intermittantly. We rarely change the fashers, they are pretty reliable. My suggestion to you is to check your turn signal switch. If the signals are not flashing, cycle the switch back to center & left/right; hold it in the "on position".... Do the lights the start to work? if so, replace the turn signal switch.

find / replace the flasher relay... should be two of them.. one is for the turn signals

most likely cause will be your indicater stalk (control) needs replacing, most likely because of worn contacts.

The harness that holds the bulb is bad. I had to replace both in my car after dealing with changing bulbs over and over to get it to work. My did this exact same thing.

The right blinker issue sounds like you have one bulb out either front or rear check them both. The left blinker issue sounds like either bulbs(both out) or fuse, or worst case blinker switch has gone bad on left turn only so not picking up the signal.
