have the fault codes read again somewhere else there is a code p 0720 which refers to output shaft speed (OSS) sensor---circuit malfunction====causes --wiring---OSS sensor---ECM/TCM It is a transmission fault but after an engine swap , I would be suspecting harness connection not done properly , cut wire especially if the transmission was performing correctly before the swap Taking it to a professional transmission shop is good advice , get the quote and failure description and if it can be directly related to the engine swap have that shop pay the bill for the repairs

CHECK THE ELECTRIC POWER REGULATOR, OR CHANGE IT.

The purpose of turning the key on three times is to allow the fuel pump to to pressurize the fuel line and fill the filter. If you just try to start the car the first few seconds will be spent filling the lines and filter. And if the car does not start after several seconds many cars will shut down the pump until the key is cycled again.

Their are Individual Fuses for many systems, a "Solenoid" is basically a ON/OFF or a Electrical Motor and what they do is open or Close something. My questions is what Happened when they ALL Stopped, have you checked power with a Test Light on BOTH SIDES of the Fuse to ensure you had power Coming IN and Going OUT?

Normally follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine block. That is the thermostat housing. Normally undo the housing and the actual thermostat is in the housing. There a ton of Youtube videos.

slacken the mounting bolts and the adjuster, then push the alternator towards the engine block fit the new belt and tighten to specs. use the same procedure if other belts have to be removed first.
