Sansa c150 troubles

Need to reformat and reinstall whatever software it needs. Won't delete files I don't want in there and I also never had a users manual or instruction booklet.

It doesn't display files in windows browser anymore, but the player will still play the mp3s as if nothing is wrong. The windows browser will still say that most of the disk space is taken up, but will not display the items.

Tried reformatting and it did not solve the problem.

To delete songs from your device follow the steps below
You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music and delete them from there.
Either under sync panel in your windows media player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete.
To format it..on your device..go under..menu, setting and there should be a format option option there..let me know if that doenst work for you...
Hope this helps

I just bought the usb connector for the sansa sandisk c150 mp3 player and my computer will not recognize it when I plug it in.

Make sure it is the right thing.
I tried to use an extension cable for
mine and It won't work with it.
I don't understand it!

No ext fine, use ext no fine.

It could be the wrong cable/connector.

Delete demo files on Sandisk c150?

The demo songs still don't show up when I select "Show hidden files/folders". I had go to Menu->Settings->Format, and proceed with formatting it to get the demo songs off my Sansa c240 (This will delete all songs/files).
