This is a fault code but the F flashes alternately with a number or another character depending on the model of the machine to indicate the fault code number. Since the fault happened at the last two minutes of the cycle, it is likely associated with a drain problem and the fault code is likely F02 or F21 depending on the machine's model.
Remove
the three screws attaching the lower front access panel to the cabinet
then pull the panel down and off the cabinet. You can prop up the bottom
front edge of the washer or cushion and lean it against the wall to
access and remove the screws more easily. Once the panel is off, you'll find a knob which is the drain filter. Turn the knob counterclockwise to remove the filter and clean it. You may need to lay a towel under the filter to catch residual water before removing it. Manually drain the water, by gravity, from the tub if significant amount of water is still present by placing the end of the drain hose as low as possible into a basin or bucket.
