The "F7" fault code could mean a stuck or shorted key pad/console or it could mean a failed oven control board. There is no way to reset the control.
A service technician would determine if the problem is with Key Panel/Console or the Oven Control by: See image below.

First things first. Brand and Model number. Although most fault codes have are similar across major appliances it is necessary to find a correct solution.
The F7 error code means that a function key on the touchpad is shorted or stuck, the F7 can be cleared by pushing the clear/off button,if the error code returns the touchpad would need to be replaced.

Could it be a F1 Failed transistor in control If code cannot be cancelled, replace the Electronic Range Control (ERC) or touch pad
