When i am trying to set a new wallpaper on my desktop(any size) it is asking do u really want to change the desktop......when i click yes ...........................there is no chane on the desktop same default walpaper ....................what should i do ???? if you are referring about a change with your destop wallpaper
click start control panel,display,desktop you can select a different desktop from the drop down list
or a browse button where you can select different pictures this may vary depending on your operating system
also settings you can change the settings for more or less pixels or from the drop down list pick the appropriate level of color range or troubleshoot also select advanced then general dpi normal size,larger size or custom settings
always click APPLY after making any changes hope this helps

If you are not able to change your windows wallpaper in win 7 , it means you are using Win 7 starter pack or home basic . Sorry to say but the truth is there is no such option in Win 7 Starter Pack or Home Basic to change your wallpaper . Unforetunately you cannot do anything to your desktop background because that is the default feature of Windows 7 Starter Edition.
You have to upgrade at least Home Premium of your Operating System for you to change it .

1. right click on the desktop and click personalize.



2. click on desktop background

3. choose your desired wallpaper then click apply.

Yes you can. Right click on an empty spot on your desktop. In the flyout window it will say - depending on which operating system you have ie windows vista - "personalize" or graphic properties etc. Click there. If you get the right one ie "personalize" in vista you will see "desktop background" on the list. Click on it. Then you can pick the picture/wallpaper you wish to have on your desktop.

You can also get to the same place by going through CONTROL PANEL and clicking on PERSONALIZE and change it on DESKTOP BACKGROUND there.

To set a wallpaper, just right click on the image and SET as wallpaper.

images need to be on the resolution which fits the resolution you are using on your display.

Otherwise you will see blurry images.

Probably the easiest way to change your wallpaper is to right click on the picture you want, and select "set as wallpaper". Otherwise, right click on the desktop, select properties, go to desktop and browse. (In Vista, right click, select personalize, then desktop.)

First you need to stop the program from loading on startup. This is what you do to stop it:

Start, run

Type msconfig

Go to Startup tab

Uncheck rhc75dj0e1an

Click apply, then ok
Restart computer


Then you need to delete the main files this program uses. Delete the following file:

To restore ability to change your desktop settings and select a different wallpaper and screen saver do the following:

Start, run

type Gpedit.msc

Navigate to User configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Display

Right click on Remove Display in Control Panel
Click on Properties and select Disabled

Do the same steps to change the following attributes to disabled:

Hide Desktop Tab
Prevent changing wallpaper
Hide Apperance and Themes tab
Hide Settings tab
Hide Screen Saver tab

You should now be able to use your computer normally and change the wallpaper/screensaver to something other than the warning message Antivirus XP 2008 set it to.
